Kazakhstan government carried out tenders of 64 projects of exploration
and exploitation of natural resources, including exploration and
exploitation of oilfield and gas, gold, copper, silver, molybdenum,
zinc and lead, and forum on the territory of Kazakhstan Republic.
All Kazakh area was divided into lots and the winner of tender was
announced due to each lot in particular (total 64 lots). We offer
various surface oil deposits with guaranteed estimated resources of 2
mln tons to 100 mln tons. We are ready to provide you with all
respective documents according to proposals of your interest and
organize purchase of control packet of shares. We offer also control
packet of shares of Kazakhstan Company, which won the following
governmental tender.
In order to obtain the project you have to pass the following stages:
- purchase of the tender winner shares who owns the company (full or
partial - not less than 51% of shares);
- full or partial payment of bonus to the Government of Kazakhstan
(might be performed within several stages/transactions).
The bonus grants you with the right to sign a contract with Ministry of
Energy and to get the license for development and exploitation of the
deposit for a period of 5 to 25 years. The partial geological
inspection were carried out in all oil deposits in order to define the
